ARTAEM is a curated online platform connecting collectors, galleries, and artists. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on ARTAEM, including artwork images, text, logos, and design elements, is the property of ARTAEM or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

4. Artwork Transactions

ARTAEM facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. All sales are between the buyer and the seller/gallery. ARTAEM makes no warranty regarding the authenticity, condition, or value of any artwork listed on the platform.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: post false or misleading information; infringe third-party intellectual property rights; use automated tools to scrape or harvest data; engage in fraudulent transactions; or harass other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARTAEM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance.
