1. Our Commitment

ARTAEM takes the security of your data seriously. We implement industry-standard measures to protect your personal and financial information.

2. Data Encryption

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Sensitive data, including payment information, is encrypted at rest.

3. Payment Security

We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party providers.

4. Access Controls

Access to user data within our organization is restricted on a need-to-know basis. We use multi-factor authentication for internal systems.

5. Vulnerability Management

We conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing. We maintain a responsible disclosure program — if you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to security@artaem.com.

6. Incident Response

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable laws and take immediate steps to contain and remediate the incident.

7. Your Role in Security

You can help keep your account secure by using a strong, unique password; enabling two-factor authentication if available; logging out after each session; and notifying us immediately at security@artaem.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
